Ha ha this is totally me ;-) I have done it many times and had success. But all it takes is a week or two of backsliding (Xmas, vacation) and I am back where I started. If you start to feel weak or dizzy, add some salt to your diet, it helps. I am so used to lower carb now I switch in pretty easy. End of day 3 of attack, down 4 lbs. I am trying to do 5/5.
