Hello, ladies! I'm Yusra from UAE. I'm a student of Pharmacy and currently in my 4th year. Just one more year to go!! Even though I'm going to be a Pharmacist, I'm all about computers; hardware, software, graphic designing, yada yada. I first decided to lose weight in the last year of college when a professor joked about…

I'm 5'5 and 130 lbs. So there isn't much to lose but I wouldn't mind being in 120-125 range - I want to gain muscle so don't see that happening. My current goal is just to finish 90 days of P90x with better eating choices. Starting Day 1 very soon =)

I need this group! Count me in. I lost 60 pounds. Looked awesome. Went off the track. Gained 20 back. *curls up in a corner and sobs* Sigh.

Thanks a lot for this! What kind of results have you seen yet?

I want to start CLX. I have a pair of 2kg, 4kg and 6 kg dumbbells. Can somebody tell me if they're good enough to start?

I have been checking out the website for a while but a bit hesitant from trying them - don't know why :/ Those of you who are doing Bodyrock workouts, what results have you seen?
-
I ordered too! Should be arriving any time :D plc: I think you should log it under circuit training. How about we all do a 30 day challenge and post our results every week?

It drives me crazy when people comment that I have lost weight - I have no problem with such comments - but then they continue on and add 'You're dieting very well' or 'you must be on a strict diet'. GRRRRRRRRRRR! I'm NOT dieting! I hate it! I try to eat healthy people and it's not called dieting. :/

Agreed! The second month is sooo fun! Max interval sports training is also my favorite. I love all the sprinting and football drills! Woohoo!

I'm on my round 2, 2nd week. Pure cardio and cardio abs scheduled for today! Whoops. Despite of completing insanity once, it still kicks my butt! However, it has improved my endurance so much. Before Insanity I was huffing and puffing on the first level of 30 day shred but now, I can do all three levels consecutively. It's…

Thanks cacrat! On my way to making the switch.

So many great suggestions! Thank you everyone. Can I add you all as friends? that_girl: Which nutrient should I stop tracking so that I can add sodium? Thankfully, I don't crave salty food often.

For cardio I do the Insanity workouts with a bit of Jillian Michaels, Jump rope and manual treadmill. I'm 5'5 and my weight is 115 lbs but I still feel pudgy all over. My goal is to get my body fat % down. edit: Yes yes! Skinny fat is the word! I need some solid strength training then! Thanks!

Thanks! I've been searching for an affordable hrm for ages!

Sorry I can't offer any help but I have a question. How do I lose inches instead of weight? Any tips, anyone?
-
Rice and bread. I made the switch from white to whole wheat bread but I still eat white rice every day but in moderation.
-
coke, sprite, soda and processed bottle juice - completely given up Biscuits and potato chips/crisps, candies, chocolate, ice-creams - Limited, very limited. Luckily I don't crave them unless there's a jar of biscuits in front of me.
-
Biscuits. If they find a way into my house, I just can't eat one or two. I HAVE to overindulge. But from now on, I'll be buying whole wheat biscuits! YAY!

Can someone give me input about the weights they're using? How light and heavy did you go? I'm trying to save money and get the supplies before starting P90X.
-
Are zumba DVDs worth buying?
-
Thanks for the reply! I think it's time to start P90X :)
-
I'm doing Insanity and Turbo fire for cardio. And as for Jillian, I love her so I'm def. going to get no more trouble zone. Thanks!
-
My round 2 of insanity starts today! I hope to push even more this time. Dig Deep y'all! My stats: Height: 5'5 Weight: 123 lbs Waist: 28 inches

I can't even remember the last time I drank soda. Luckily, I don't even crave them at all. I feel so much better without them! WOOT!

Would running or more like walking briskly on a manual treadmill work? That's the only equipment I have currently available. Can't go out and don't have time for a gym :( I'm starting to incorporate weight training too. I hope it'll give results!
