I'm 5'5 and currently 120 lbs. I don't want to lose weight anymore because I think this weight is much more manageable for me than 115 lbs. I was wondering if I set my MFP goal to maintenance and workout 5 days a week, will I still lose inches? I don't want weight loss anymore.

It is possible. If you are doing resistance training it is much more likely, and don't be afraid of heavy weights, you will not bulk up.
  • Thanks for the reply! I think it's time to start P90X :)

Be sure to eat back your exercise calories (an accurate count!) and also, just watch what happens, it's easy to reeval monthly or so up your cals if you are losing more than you want, or lower them if you are gaining. I got a BodyMediaFit which I love (despite the required subscription :grumble:) because it gives me a great, accurate daily burn count.

I hear ya!, I set my sights on 115 too, dont know why but I guess I want to see if im capable to reach that in a healthy way:wink:
I can suggest you don't do too much cardio and start using weights to tone up,:flowerforyou:
