I'm doing Insanity and Turbo fire for cardio. And as for Jillian, I love her so I'm def. going to get no more trouble zone. Thanks!0

I am also interested to find out which ones everyone uses, think I am going to get a Jillian Michaels one as she seems popular0

I'm throwing No More Trouble Zones into the mix now. First time I did it I wasn't crazy about it but the next time I felt like I got a better workout (plus I was sore as heck for a few days).0 -

Yeah JM DVDs are pretty brutal...I also have her Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism DVD and that's pure cardio killer...for 60 minutes, she doesn't let you rest...definitely recommending her DVDs.0
