I do 20 minutes of intense Cardio 4 days a week, 20 minutes of weight lifting 4 days/week and I walk the dog for 20 minutes, twice a week for a total of apx 200 min of weekly exercise

I believe the benefit of Cardio is achieved with a duration of at least 20 minutes of continuous exercise. By breaking your cardio exercise up, it may not give you the Cardio demands you want / need, unless you jump off the elliptical, jump into abs, then back on the machine. Hi to all! What a great website to track my progress to plan...I trust if I follow the plan and increase my activity level I will meet my goals.
