aim for the stir fry dishs with veggies and a little serve of rice. Avoid anything deep fried.

how are you going with this? I follow him on intsagram and some great results, looks a little complicated for me though and expensive.

My sister and brother in-law are doing it and having pretty good results. I would if it was not so exy.

It is very hard to do, I struggle at lunchtime as that is my allocated eating time so I feel like I have to fill up to get me through the afternoon at work. Cannot leave anything on my plate - in case I get hungry later. If you are open to alternative approaches, paul mckenna's think yourself thin was very helpful. Hypno…

Thanks for the replies. Yes my diet is fine, count my calories and eat lots of veggies. Have been doing the same gym routine for about 6 months about 2-4 times per week and not seeing any progress so wanted to try something different.

To shed the flab! I was doing 30 minutes cardio on treadmill and then 10 minutes situps/pushups etc and not having any results, (no weight loss and no muscle definition). 2-3 times per week.

I just watched this as well. Was pretty interesting to see him gain weight by switching to "low fat" products but exactly the same amount of calories. Debunks the saying that all calories are the same. I sure do feel alot better from switching to a low sugar approach.

Did have my thyroid checked and came back borderline, so might be why it is so hard for me to lose. Not prescribed any medication though so will just have to keep trying.

i eat it by the tablespoon (well just one). I like the taste and stops me craving sweets in the afternoon. I also make an amazing chocolate with coco oil, butter, cacao and rice malt syrup.

Less than a month to go for me. The scale has not been kind but my colleague are noticing I am getting smaller so will keep at it.

Been enjoying a vanilla chai lately. Kind of like having a sugary treat without the calories!

This is interesting. I think it might be the case for me, I cannot seem to lose very easily as my body wants to be this weight and yes 5 years ago that set weight was about 20lbs lighter and 5 years before than 20lbs lighter again.

You don't need to eat 5 meals a day or start eating breakfast if you never already did, your metabolism will not break, it's more important to eat the right amout of calories not the timings.

Lately I have found my cutting down my wine consumption is making a difference.

I do this for most things, put the jar on the scales and scoop out weight required.

I wear the same outfit to the gym 3 times in a row, even the socks. Then wash it on the weekend.

Did you mean 80 or 800? 800 is a lot of calories to have left, almost another dinner and lunch

I think I need to give it up, all my hard work during the week is ruined as I cannot say no to wine on the weekend. Easily drink one bottle friday/saturday and sometimes sunday. That is about 2000 extra calories. Yay for all those people that have willpower and can just have one or two glasses but that does not work for…

Good advice. I do wear a fitbit and have a desk job so sit on my a*rse for over 8 hours as well as driving to and from. If I do not go to gym I am lucky if I do 5K steps per day.
