This sounds crazy but I did it and it worked. Have a day where you eat a lot. I mean 2000 or more calories. Make them all healthy but overload. It does help though I'm a little dumb. I think I need it written out for me lol How many reps should I do at a weight? Should I strength train for a certain amount of time daily? Should I do it before or after my cardio or circuit training? Just so desperate to lose.

to be honest, I feel like yoga pants really don't look terrible even on larger people. I've seen it. They smooth you out and if black they can be slimming even if skin tight. I find yoga pants pretty forgiving :) And I've been wearing them ever since I started my weightloss journey. I always felt sexy while wearing them…

just keep in mind the calories of a serving of pasta. Its a little high but you can do it. Just be aware.

You want to lose 10 lbs a month? Very doable, at least for me. I've been doing that for 4 months and I'll hopefully hit a full forty lost by may 1st. I eat healthy, I don't starve myself and I exercise 6x a week. 50 lbs in 5 months is very realistic.

My TOM has been like clockwork since dropping this weight. I still have about 40 or so lbs to go but dropping 30 has made my body snap out of its funk.
