I can really tell a difference in you stomach area!!! You will have great results in 30 days. Its so hard for yourself to tell the difference in yourself because you look at your body everyday.

Im the same way i stay under my calorie goal but dont feel like im losing anything. I have been looking through other posts on her and figuring out what i should do maybe we can learn together

well when i put in my information the computer put that as my calorie goal? can you change it?
