So i keep reading about eating more to loose more but I am always under my calorie goal but 200- 400 and tonght was under by like 715. When i work out I am buringing like between 480 and 620 calories. I am not starving but I am simply not hungry, so my MYP friends, should I be forcing myself to eat or wait for my body to catch up? I did switch some foods around, more granola and yogurt instead of snacks. More water instead of coffee, and more fruits and veggies instead of 'snack' bars.

Im the same way i stay under my calorie goal but dont feel like im losing anything. I have been looking through other posts on her and figuring out what i should do maybe we can learn together0
