I'm glad you posted this! I'm going through the EXACT same thing which has lead to binging late in the evening. I read that cutting out simple sugars all together might help. I feel exactly the same! I have two weeks left, and while i've been doing it in the evenings after work, I still find it very hard to get going. Mostly on the days (like today) when you have the fit test and then the hour long max circuit workout. It's grueling. BUT, we have to keep pushing. The results are totally worth…

Ok, I will see how the dvd I get looks... It sounds awesome and like a good next step. I like that you don't have to buy a lot of equipment. I want to do P90 but I have nowhere to put a pull up bar so i'd be SOL.

I started eating almost all but maybe 100-200 back about three weeks ago, and I have continued losing 1-2 lbs per week! There is a group on here called "eat more, weigh less" which is based solely on this principal I think. Look into it!

I'd go with this then, I think you may be doing too much? just listen to your body. I think one hour a day (max) is probably sufficient to achieve your goals without making you feel like crap.

Just finished week 4 yesterday! Loving it, and looking forward to the recovery week. Also, starting to have some soreness, in the knees and wrist. Definitely make sure you listen to Shawn T. and "never compromise form", otherwise you may have to stop to recover for awhile.
