All the fat deposits around the internal organs is scary, especially around the heart.0

Huh. It's also interesting how the muscles look pretty much the same size. Almost all the extra volume in the 250-lbs person seems to be fat.0

This is awesome but, at 5'10" with a large bone structure and lots of lean muscle, if I weighed 120# I would probably look like this:

Wow! I can't believe this use to be me,started my journey at 242,so close to 250,now 60 lbs lighter,hoping to get close to my goal weight of 150..this was a great reminder of how far I have come,thanks for posting!0
