    All the fat deposits around the internal organs is scary, especially around the heart.

    Huh. It's also interesting how the muscles look pretty much the same size. Almost all the extra volume in the 250-lbs person seems to be fat.

    This is awesome but, at 5'10" with a large bone structure and lots of lean muscle, if I weighed 120# I would probably look like this:

    Cuz it's not. Bone structure is different and everything. Your bones don't change shape from weight loss.
