get serious information on weight loss issues? Many of us here speak from personal experience, but I'm looking for some scientific research based info. Such as - if you over eat for a day, how long until that gain shows up on the scale? And if you burn more calories than you eat, how long until the loss shows on the scale?…

Thanks for the heads up. I taped it & watched last night. I think sometimes people who have been thin think differently or have a different mind set/ body image/ whatever than those who have always struggled with weight. It was interesting. The part about Mrs. Osmond was especially interesting.

I bought some to make a sugar free pudding, but it didn't ever set up. Was that the soy milk or the sugar free pudding mix? Can you use soy milk in soups? How about cooking?

It was a busy day today - & since I refused to skip my workout, I completely forgot about a meeting tonight! It wasn't all that important, but it shows you how my thinking has shifted. Usually I'd workout early or not at all to be showered & ready for the meeting.
