I also make my own chocolate. 3TB melted butter, 3TB unsweetened cocoa powder, sweetener to taste. I freeze mine in a flat bowl so it hardens faster. A whole chocolate disk (mine are about 5" diameter) is 3 net carbs. I will also add peanut butter or cinnamon if I want something different!

Buy a big bag of chicken breasts and cook them all at once, store in the fridge and grab whenever you need them! I make turkey burgers as well. I jazz my chicken and burgers up with cheese and bacon. Each serving has 0 carbs.

I cheated on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and then got back in the groove. I ended up with about 2 lbs of weight gain.

No that's ok. :) I do keto. I actually keep my carbs in between 20g-25g a day. I eat a high fat high protein diet, so lots of meat, cheese, and green veggies. I must say I've never cooked more in my life!

For the most part you can eat "normally". Like for me, breakfast is usually eggs with cheese, bacon and coffee. Lunch is a salad with ranch, bacon or chicken, and a few mixed veggies and cheese. Dinner is a meat with veggies and usually cheese. Snacks vary from cheese, nuts, pb and celery, etc. Can you tell I like cheese?…
