I'm waaayyyy shorter than you and I eat up to 3000 calories a day. I just pick the right foods. I used to eat 1200 calories and pig out every weekend. Just remember to take it slowly and to love yourself every step of the way

my current relationship is w/ a guy that's 30 and i'm 18. it maybe a severe age difference but i rly do love him and he treats me like a queen. lol my relationships before him were w/ guys around 20 and they all sucked. i guess only older men have manners these days....

you just need to add a little more w/ each meal. it may take some time to get used to and do not eat past the feeling of full!! try having some almonds as a snack, full of good fats and calories.

YOU HAVE TO DO IT!!! or you might tempt you to binge again.. D: i log almost everything i eat (except if i have like a carrot or a little bit of fruit, i put that in my notes)

get that checked out.. you may have a hormonal balance issue.

they are made of crap. my bf used to work back there and they take like a few seconds to make on the pressure grill.. and i used to be a crew trainer there.. . it was awful.. so many people would order huge amounts of food but think it's okay if they diet a diet coke
