I know that there is a 55/30/15 rule which states that 55 % of the intake should be carbs, 30% protein and 15% fat. However, i noted that the app lists 15% protein and 30% fat when I looks the daily char.

Has anyone else noticed this?

55 carbs 30 fat is in line with US Govt guidance http://www.fda.gov/Food/ResourcesForYou/Consumers/NFLPM/ucm274593.htm leaves only 15 for protein

In my experience, it's good to know your own body like that instead of being a slave to the guidelines. I see it's working for you too.

I dont use the percentages set by MFP. My dietician/nutritionist sets them for me and changes them occasionally. Whatever they are, they have been working for me except I fight with the carbs and usually go over in protein and she has no problem with that.

I'm gonna go 40/30/30 . 15% protein for someone who is trying to loose weight while working out seems a bit low..
