How much should a woman that is 5'2'' eat?
I'm 19 and I spend half my day on my butt and the other half standing or working, I also workout 4-6 times per week. I was wondering because at the current amount I eat, I keep on losing weight.

what should my net calorie goal be?
i'm 5'2'' and 110 pounds. i have my calorie goal set for 1500 a day. i'm very lightly active, and i log what i exercise (around 100-200 cals a day) but i'm always afraid i'm not eating enough for my body.. i have hypothyroidism and my body doesn't get hungry.

Do I need to eat after I workout?
I usually workout after school at around 1230 or one but I eat lunch before hand so i have enough energy to do it (last time i would have ate would have been breakfast between 730 and eight) and I heard you have to eat something w/ protein after you workout to build muscle and recover but I would have just consumed lunch!!

How can you tell when you're actually hungry/full?
i get this feeling in my stomach and it's kinda like heartburn or hunger and it goes away for a tiny bit if i drink water. my stomach almost never growls either, so sometimes i go an entire day w/o eating. what's the best thing i should do? note: i'm an 18-year-old girl that's 5'2'' and around 110 pounds)
