One thing that might help you is to put in the computer what you want to eat in the morning for the whole day and then stick to that. At least for a few weekend so that you get use to eating that way. Also dont eat out that is the downfall because portions are so large when you eat out and there is so much food to choose…

That is very funny.... I just got back 2 minutes ago from the store to get my kids some snacks for a sleep over tonight and got a small cup of friendly's recees ice cream. I thought oh 230 calories not too bad but i only have 210 for the night so i am trting to leave it there and make some calories for tomorrow lol. Thanks…

I was doing it every 2 weeks then i started once a week. I do it every friday morning because I feel that if you do it on a monday morning then if you slip a little over the weeked it will show more and it will discourage you from your goal. Thats what works for me. Good Luck

thats funny because now that my 10 year old knows i am working on this she insists everytime we go to the store for something that we find a parking spot far away so we have to walk. Some days it can be fun other days UGHHHH i just want to valet park the thing if i could. lol

yes i agree I am more impressed with the real people on here that I see who have kids, jobs, problems etc and still work through them and get to the gym or prepare a meal that is good for them. I also am not interested in any of those programs that are pre packaged food because when it is over then what have you learned…

when i started i weighed myself once every 2 weeks. and the average was 1 1/2 pounds in a week. do not keep weighing yourself or you are going to get stuck in a rut. wait a week or two.

I had that the last time I ate there as well after dieting for a month. It really turned me off of it for a while

i HAVE REALLY REALIZED THAT NO MATTER WHAT I WANTED TO EAT IT WAS NEVER WORTH THE CALORIES OR TASTED AS GOOD AS I THOUGHT IT WOULD. CHOCOLATE, SNACKS, ALCOHOL, ETC.
