I just started Jenelle's version of the hybrid this week too! I skip every Wednesday because I go to the yoga class they offer at my work, but other than that I'm sticking to her schedule. So far, so good, I'm loving the TF workouts.

Me, please! I just finished week 1 yesterday, and I definitely feel stronger than day 1. I'm running in the Color Run in Philly this summer and my goal is to run the whole thing (and beat my sister).
