Well, right now i eat as much healthy as i can, only upgrapding it now to 1500 and sometimes i get to eat more when i excersice more..sometimes upto 1800. I just found out that my BMR is 1484. IveLanded You weigh the same because you are taking in about the same amount of calories you put out. Your body burns more calories when breastfeeding, but the math is still the same...........calories in needs to be less than calories out in order to lose weight. haahaha...i def know that myself! Just a couple of baby fat off my skin and id be on fire! But if id had to choose besides me, than id say Marylin Monroe or Drew Barrymore. Im all about no manufactured looks, ala natural!

its a workout program that is targeted to moms (women all in general) that includes nutritional plan(eating clean and healthy) and excersice plan( you workout either 3xs a week for 30 min or 6xs a week 15 min only) the workout plan consists of cardio intervals and strength training.

ahhhh....its cool but sometimes the gifts you get are pretty lame. hahaha....but its the thought that counts right...hahha..sometimes you buy like the prettiest or nicest things and you just get like something totally useless...
