I'd love to join a group like that!!! Loved the 80, though I was born in the late 60's. I remember wanted to get a belt buckle that said "BAD". I couldn't find one so I got one that said "KISS" :bigsmile:0

Ah the 80's, big hair bands, cheesy sci-fi movies, and then there was kelly from saved by the bell. And who could forget Airwolf! Do you remember that early episode when that undercover spy chick died in the desert? Later Hawke started playing his cello and you could see a tear roll down his face! Haha classic!0

technically though, we aren't "children of the 80's" . . . we were born in the 80's so we are considered children of the 90's or gen. X'ers.. . . it's supposedly based on your "growing up" years.0

I was born in 79 but OMG I LOVE THE 80s music!!! I'm in heaven when I hear it. I usually start my runs with 80's music then go to modern stuff.. it motivates me!
I'm jamming to You Spin Me Round by Dead or Alive right now actually. :drinker:0 -
best thing about the 80's was the music and Flashdance sweatshirts
worst thing about the 80s was the mullett and acid wash jeans0 -

I LIVED through the 80's!! I had a Rubik's Cube (actually, I had the snake, the pyramid, the cube..I had them all! No..I could never solve them!!) I rocked the parachute pants, jelly shoes, jelly bracelets, acid washed jeans, big poofy hair, you name it.....etc. To this day....I STILL love the 80's! I have ALL the music...and my 16 year old likes a lot of it! Like, totally dude!!! I remember watching a music video on MTV for the first time (when they actually PLAYED music videos). Martha Quinn was the VJ. I also remember when Michael Jackson's Thriller came out on MTV...it was like going to the movies! I watched Princess Di & Prince Charles get married. Ronald Regan was president. So much fun! I miss the 80's!!0

My biggest dream in the '80's (like many teenage girls) was to meet Duran Duran. I'm very happy to say that I achieved that goal in March 2005

I was born in 1965 so I was 15 to 25 years old in the 80's. Graduated HS and went to beauty college in the heart of the 80's
I love the 80's. Could I be in the 80's club?
