yellow pepper orange pepper onion cherry tomatoes 1 egg all heated in my pan with avocado tomato salsa and corn on the cob (330 calories) never had this mix b4, i just make up my meals as go along. it was very filling, kos it took me a while to eat my corn. lol. mmmmmmm.

I believe you can lose 7 lbs in 5 weeks. I'm going on holiday in 5 weeks too what a coincidence lol!!! I want to lose 4-5lbs. Just exchange carbs for salads and vegetable when you can.
