20 Pounds Down. Before & During Pics

I started this journey in January at 188.5 pounds. I felt terrible about myself and actually avoided certain social situations because of how I looked. I knew I was letting life pass me by and that's not anyway to live. I made the decision to get fit and healthy like I once was a few years ago. Now I feel so much more confident about myself and that's all the motivation I need. I don't have any shots of myself at 188.5 because I avoided the camera as well. My before shots are when I was 183 pounds. My afters are me at 169 pounds. I'm height is 5'6. I'd still like to lose another 20 and then I will reassess based on how I look. I've also just started the NROL4W so the last two pics are my after shots right now but also my before shots for the program.
