60 minutes of Zumba tonight! I slept in this morning, otherwise I'd add 60 minutes of pilates to that. Oh well, there's always tomorrow!0

Short run later this afternoon 30-40 minutes
P90X Core Synergistics this evening or I might be doing P90X Plyometrics instead b/c my husband will be doing that one. It's supposed to be a recovery week for me though. But I like Plyo and it's fun. We'll see how I feel later.0 -
Probably about 40 minutes or so on the bike, and then lower body strengh work. :-)0

30-45 minute run, outdoors today. First run outside! I am nervous.
Running outside is a great feeling. It feels so freeing and its such an accomplishment. I just started outside a couple weeks ago when the weather started warming. I love it.
As for my workout, it'll probably be a nice walk.0 -
Super intense hockey game tonight.. verse the top team in our division... little redemption on my mind since the last time we played them i was playing with a slight groin pull and toughed it out... tonight IS MY TIME!!!!0

I tilled my garden by hand, and then I'll hit the elliptical for about 2 1/2 hours tonight followed by about half and hour to an hour doing arm weights in the pool.0

I have my own routine planned out, already done it today. 30 minute workout, Started out dong some strength training, did some ab's, cardio, and ended with some relaxing yoga.
I pushed my push ups and went from 20 regular push ups to 30, I'm working to reach 100 push ups by June.0 -

i did the brazil butt(boom boom) lift cardio axe...funny to watch my 2 yr old try to work out with me and then she fell asleep....lol0

3 miles speed work this morning on the treadmill, then 25 minute swim. Probably run a few miles with my 4 year old daughter tonight while she rides her bike. The better she gets, the faster and farther I get to go!0

I just unlocked a new workout on Nike Training app so I'll be doing that today. It's 45 minutes of yoga, pilates and kick boxing moves apparently.
