    45 minutes of walking at 4 mph, 30 minutes of Boot Camp class (have to leave 30 minutes early for a meeting :sad: ), and a 60-minute Kickboxing class tonight.

    60 minutes of Zumba tonight! I slept in this morning, otherwise I'd add 60 minutes of pilates to that. Oh well, there's always tomorrow!

    P90X Core Synergistics this evening or I might be doing P90X Plyometrics instead b/c my husband will be doing that one. It's supposed to be a recovery week for me though. But I like Plyo and it's fun. We'll see how I feel later. :)

    30-45 minute run, outdoors today. First run outside! I am nervous.

    Running outside is a great feeling. It feels so freeing and its such an accomplishment. I just started outside a couple weeks ago when the weather started warming. I love it.

    As for my workout, it'll probably be a nice walk.

    Super intense hockey game tonight.. verse the top team in our division... little redemption on my mind since the last time we played them i was playing with a slight groin pull and toughed it out... tonight IS MY TIME!!!!
