I lost over 1 stone exercising using the 30 day shred and eating sensibly. It can get boring ten days per level but you really work and really see and feel the benefits. I'd highly recommend it. I bought the DVD and plan to start using it once I can (just had my second baby!)

Upper body and some light cardio followed by 100 lunges for me

I'm in :) trying to get back in the swing of exercising so this is perfect! I've just done a 30 min fitness blender cardio session so added this onto the end. Thanks for the motivation!

Man I'm in agony today after yesterday's first try at NMTZ - but that means it's working so I'm going to do a run tomorrow and hopefully the DVD again on Wednesday. I'm getting going!

Thanks so much. Did you do the other DVD's in the off days or just whenever you felt like it? I plan to do it 3-4 times I week I hope! It's just my eating that I need to cut back on as well! I agree, the soreness feels awesome as you know you've worked out!

This is so inspiring ladies! I'm 31 years old and weight 130lbs approx. I'm 5 foot 5 inches. I'm hoping to get down to 120lb as since having my son I'm all flabby but these photos have really inspired me! I need to keep looking on here for motivation. Thanks x

I started this week and I'm on day two. Walking up the stairs is hard but at least I know it is working! Would love some support to keep going. x
