Nice light and easy deads. 5x5 at 130kg. Last day of my deload week and back to hard work next week.0

Short (3 mile) run and some core yoga.0

Friday is leg day! Oh nothing like leg press, squats, deadlift, hip thrust, leg extensions and laying leg curls to get you sore for the weekend!0

Did a 30 minute HIIT run, when ended up to be about 3.1 miles. I walked another 15 minutes afterward, just to log additional steps on my activity tracker.0

205 lb Hip thrusts, 75 pound military press, 65 lb barbell curls and abs0

Cardio. Burpees 3.0, oops I mean Speed 3.0 from T25.0

Upper body and some light cardio followed by 100 lunges for me0

Looks like majority are working out quads, nice. I worked out quads yesterday (Legs press, leg extensions and hack squats). Hope everyone has a great workout. Stay focused and strive to achieve your goal!
