when you want it bad enough and your more balanced eating regiment becomes actual healthy eating and excersize, your scale will be your friend. Love it!

its always simple. you are eating too much, not excercising enough. period. your counts are probably wrong or you cheat. 30 days at a defecit, even severely undereating, will lose you weight. no way it wont.

you eat your excersize calories? i dont. sounds like a good way to stop a good amount of progress. Maybe on a big workout day ill be hungry enough to eat an extra 200 cals like from 1700-1900 but if I jogged for an hour and worked out I wouldnt add 600 calories to my day that is crazy IF you had a bad eating day just put…

dont weight yourself every day it is very frustrating keep closer watch over your calories. eat less. carbs and candies dont matter, calories matter.

This is the reason you arent supposed to look at it every day....your weight can fluctuate anywhere from 1-6 pounds every day. If you wake up tomorrow and are at +3 pounds, dont freak out.Stop looking every day, and thats why
