Hello my name is katie i am a new member on here and hoping to loose some weight and be happy with myself as at the moment i am far from it. I uster to go to the gym alot and did loose alot of weight but then just stopped and now i have no enthuism to get back to that person i want to be it seems alot harder trying to do it the second time round.

The biggest thing I have found is becoming involved in the forums. Finding friends, making posts, all gives you some accountability to make sure you stick with your exercising and dieting0
