they dont seem to have very good reports online, but i took them over christmas while i was staying with family and unable to attend the gym. i lost 3.5lbs im not sure if it was due to taking these tablets or because i unfortunately lost a little muscle mass while not exercising?!?!? im due for my body fat and measurement…

hi i am also starting a similar fast with my church as of today.. i have always found it hard to fast but i feel as though God has been impressing this on me for a while now and i am ready to proceed. ive come to the conclusion a juice fast would be best for me, bt im not sure if my reduced workout plan will be reduced…

I wouldn't focus solely on weight if you still have excess in certain areas, id suggest weight training to tone up. You could end up weighing more but looking slimmer

Ha ha, its not a crush so I'll have to check my diet, come to think of it I believe it's nearly 'that time'!! I'll keep an eye on my diet though, it's really embarrassing lol

I'm over 6ft in my heels! I'm taller than nearly ALL my friends I wouldn't mind some advice, I am doing les mills body pump which I love an aerobic style dance class, spin and a short exercise DVD a week but i would love to burn more fat so the physique i had under the fat can be seen clearly..... What more can i do?

Calories burned through exercise can either be "eaten back" or used towards more weight loss. Your net is your daily calorie allowance minus your total exercise

I love doing strength training I do it 3 times a week with my cardio workouts and I can already see my body tightening beneath the fat!
