I had the same problem. I work and go to school full-time, so it's easy for the day to get away. In the end, you just have to make time and schedule it into your routine. I get up at 6am to do my 30 minute circuit training (right now I'm doing Jillian's 30-Day Shred) plus 20 minutes of weight-lifting. Oatmeal only take…

Two weeks ago I traded in the car for a bicycle and started the 30DS. I'm proud of myself for sticking with it because I'm slowly watching my love handles disappear :D

I just finished day 4, but I'd love to connect with some other people who are doing it! :)

I used to, but I started to feel like I was cheating myself. Now I don't record a workout unless its over 20 minutes in length and I can't sing along to my iPod.

I can definitely relate to many of these stories. When I began my weight loss journey I was so excited that I wanted all of my close friends and family to know. Big mistake. My family gave me the usual, "Oh! That's silly. You look fine the way you are," or, "You don't need to do that," or even, "Please tell me you aren't…

If he invited her out then he should pay. If she invited him out then she should pay. If they decided, mutually, that they wanted to go out then they should each pay for their own half. This could just be me, but, I actually feel objectified when someone I barely know insists on paying for food that I ate.

I'm 5'8" with a goal weight of 125. Feel free to add me! :)

Week 1: 150 Week 2: 150 (-0) Week 3: 152.5 (+2.5) Week 4: 144 (-8.5) Week 5: 150.5 (+6.5) And we go back up on the scale :/ I feel as if I'm playing tug-o-war with myself.

Thanks! I'm really excited. I was sure that something was wrong with my scale but, sure enough, it came back with the same reading every time I weighed in. Let's see... I want to challenge everyone to a minimum of 45 minutes of cardiovascular activity each day. It doesn't have to be in one sitting but by the end of the day…

Week 1: 150 Week 2: 150 Week 3: 152.5 Week 4: 144 I think that I must've been holding on to a lot of water weight because holy cow. I checked the scale 4 times to be sure. This is the first significant weight loss I've had since joining MFP. What I did to complete last week's challenge: - Went from making my minimum…

I'm actually taking advantage of both MFP and WW at the same time. I use WW to guide portion control, count points, and learn new recipes. I use MFP to keep track of my total calories/vitamins/protein/fiber/etc. consumed.

Week 1: 150 Week 2: 150 Week 3: 152.5 Poopie. But this was my first week back at the gym doing cardio and weights so I'm almost positive that it's just water-weight.

SO good! Sabra hummus with thins or crackers is delicious! :)

My mid-morning snack was 2 mandarins and a stick of Weight Watchers string cheese. In the mid-afternoon I'm going to have fat-free, vanilla-flavored, greek yogurt. Yum! :)

Depending on the day, how I'm feeling, and how I'm dressed... I guess I feel like I probably fluctuate between a 6 and an 8.

I know exactly what you mean. After all the flax I got from friends/family/co-workers, I don't even bother telling people that I'm trying to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle. While I don't necessarily think that these people are trying to sabotage me, they aren't helping me either. I can't tell you how many times…

I hate my thighs but I love my calves. I hate my hips but I love my shoulders. I hate my triceps/biceps but I love my forearms.

I've never tried planks before so this was an entirely new experience for me. I'll definitely be fitting this into my usual work-out routine.

I'm 5'8" and 150 pounds right now. My current goal is 135 but my long-term goal is 125-130.

Hmm... For me, that would be "Marry the Night", "Edge of Glory", or "Eye of the Tiger". All three make me feel refreshed and pumped up for a work-out! :]
