Hello All, I teach reading at a community college, and I am frequently grading papers etc. I make sure I stay on my feet all sessions of my classes. I only sit when I'm in my office. It is a challenge everyday to stay active. Please share exercise ideas. Thanks.

You are truly inspirational. You and I have the similar stats, but my weight does seem to go anywhere. I have to try harder. I'm 162 and wearing a size 8 pants and a medium/size 12 top. Can't seem to even out the top and bottom.

With all honesty, I don't know much about net cals. I don't eat back my exercise cals because I mostly exercise at night and I don't wanna fill up then. I eat mainly protein after I workout..a shake works well for me. Haven't seen any fat loss, so I have decided to focus on inches instead. C. Jones

I really care about my medical #'s like BP, BS, cholesterol, and AIC. Those numbers are my ultimate concern. I'm 5'3; I've never been a one digit #.

U understand...I'm so frustrated 2. I worked out an ate clean 85% of the time. I pretty much the same weight...may have lost some inches.
