Welcome to the group :) I can totally relate to that. My physical and mental health aren't great and it means that I'm often triggered back into unhealthy eating patterns. I'm not sure what to suggest to be honest, I'm still trying to figure it out myself, but wanted you to know you're most definitely not alone. ♥

I was 221.5lbs on January 2nd, & I'm currently 196lbs, so down 25.5lbs since January! Wow, when you put it that way, I'm quite proud.

The idea behind not dropping below 1200 is that any less than that for the average person and your body isn't getting enough nutrition and so it will start holding on to the food it is getting (starvation mode). I'd recommend trying to add more calorie dense foods to your meals if you aren't able to eat anuything else.…
