How long does this take you? I am looking for quick 15 minute workout. If I do this, along with my brisk walk each day...hmmmm

It did! And today went pretty ok, too. Did some kettlebell swings tonight, some lunges, etc. broke a light sweat. Can't seem to press play on the actual workout dvd...am i burnt out? i think i am going to go for a brisk walk when hubby gets home, too.

Had a rough morning, but am going to eat more veggies. fruit and salads for the rest of the day! plus work out! I hate days when I am on the run all day. !

I am working out intermittently...I only lifted once this past week. Next week, I have 4 days scheduled. My BMR on this site lists 1425. When I went to the linked site (above), it lists my BMR at 1800. So, I am very, very confused. that's a lot of difference! Very confused now. Help?

I have the 30 Day Shred with Weights (kettlebell). It is around 25 minutes and is hard! This is my second time around doing this, and I know kettlebells work. Hoping to be down 5-10 pounds by the end of the month!

Any recipes for Mung Beans? I have a bag and I tried to make a recipe using them. The mung beans never really got soft, even after I soaked them. Not sure what I did wrong? I like spicy vegetarian food! I have a cupboard full of red lentils from the indian store. Love making soup!
