Milk's got an incredible protein to calories ratio. The kind you wish to drink should only be directed by your desired calories input and / or taste ;) Since we're all here to shread some fat, I'd say go for the 1% :)

It's the same as potato chips. The problem with them does not come from what it's made of ( a potato is still a vegetable ) but they way it's deep fried!

Gold standard is great, Optimum Nutrition too. There's the walmart BodyFortress wich is great on the aspect of being low cals but it doesn't taste that great and there's quite a bunch of cholesterol in it... but it's inexpensive...

I've increased my calories steadily since the beginning in order to make it easy when I'll have to maintain my weight.
