Sorry haven't posted my final results I made it Sat morning by 8 am I had 869 to go and burnt 982. I have been a little distracted because when i got home i found out that our van was stolen!!! grrr... i ended up 30113!! yea I did it

Wed 804 thursday 1411 friday-sunday I was on a trip and have also hurt my ankle. I tried running a mile sat and it made it even worse. going to try non running excersies to clean up the rest of these calories 24686 total 5314 cals ltg

The vegitarian part came before the diet part. I choose to become a vegitarian for moral reasons along with health reasons. I do though eat cage free vegitarian eggs and alot of them, because I don't think the egg had to suffer a horrible death cause it was never fertilized :). yum froze yogurt sounds good. I know of coarse you shouldn't eat candy cake or ice cream, ALL THE TIME, but it's okay once and awhile. I have had 2 birthday partys to pass, including dq ice cream cake

I also have been on a IUD for the last 9months. So I am hoping birth control won't make me gain. I am currently on no thyriod medicine. I usually only have to be on it breifly after my pregnancy and then my condition goes away and my thyroid goes back to normal. I woudl be way interested in hearing your natural medication…
