Taking a complete rest day today, went on a road trip yesterday and came home today and I'm beat! Went and picked up our new german shepard-blue healer puppy... No name yet.. but our doxie, Shadow, gets along great with him
Anyway, as for the challenge, I've really turned it around and tomorrow through the 31st I need to burn 809/day to make the challenge, I hope I can finish this challenge strong

i burn approx that many calories in a two hour workout, but i also weigh 240 lbs.0 -
I'm only at 14,672 calories burned as of this morning.:embarassed: Wow I suck this month! :laugh: If I can get to 20,000 by month's end I will be happy with that! :drinker:

The work out you are quoting was 3 and 1/2 hours worht. I did some lighter intensity and some high intensity. I am training for a marathon and last week I ran 10miles it took me at 8.5mile per hour, just doing that burnt 1300 calories that day0 -

Keep it up everyone. Sure many of us may not make the 30k by the 31st, me included. But think about how much exercise you have done verses how much you would/wouldn't have done without this challenge to push you.
Let me put it this way..
Last month, from Mar 25th to April 24th, I burned a total, TOTAL of 9972 ... And currently, from April 25th to date, I'm sitting at 22,042.. so you be the judge, sure I won't make the 30k goal, but I think I made my point.

Up to 24,872 as of this mornings workout. my plan is to hit 25k since that's what I actually burned this time last year... I'm pretty sure that my Zumba class tomorrow night alone will more than cover that last little bit
Thank you all so much for doing this challenge. SOme of us hit it early/will hit it tomorrow and some (like me) won't hit 30k, but most importantly, we got off our rumps and did something! WTG everyone!0 -

I started the Lean Phase of ChaLean Extreme last week and it has really left me sore and not able to do the extra cardio. I hate to say it but I may actually need those 2 Rest Days scheduled into the program.0
