I was looking back on last year again to see what exercise I was doing to have high burns.. appearently I was logging my cashiering (my 1month job last year) as exercise. So I didn't burn 30000 last year at this time. :ohwell: I'm still gonna try to get as close as I can.
I'm hoping to have the swimming pool opened by Memorial Day weekend, but that's not really gonna help me with the challenge right now, lol. And without a gym membership, it's gonna really be a challenge. I'm walking, jogging, dancing, and will be doing 30 Day Shred to get my burn on. It may not sound like much, but it's what I have available (both then and now) so we'll see what happens.

Im kind of fortunate in that im highly active already so probably get close in general but tracking with my HRM this is my calories so far

I think the reason I lost so much this week is that I was plateued for a few weeks, and then I went up a little last week (so I didn't log the weight). Great job guys!!! I'll be getting a kick butt burn in this morning with my trainer!0 -

Need to seriously up my game. Although I have been told i have been underestimating one of my workouts (this zumba like class) by 400 calories so my my count my actually be 1500 higher. I am working on getting a better estimate.0 -

Total for the week: 2126 calories I took too many days off this week. It was a total OFF week for me! :grumble:
I'm going to try increasing my running, as I only have 89 days till my 7 mile race! :bigsmile:
Also CJ made a comment to me this weekend....we were going to brunch yesterday & I asked him if I had time to go for a run first & he was like YES - GO for your run & we'll just go afterwards. He told me that I'm a much happier person after I've went for a run (I am always a fairly happy person anyway), but he said he can tell when I've went for a run. :bigsmile:0 -

First week's total was 4866 -- BUT I injured myself at boot camp and have been laid up since Friday with an aggrivated sciatic nerve that's making my hips and parts of my left leg go numb randomly. I HATE not working out, so I'm going to try and rollerblade tomorrow, at least.

Ended last week at 8648(on sat) but then took yesterday off...hadn't had a lazy day in a while. only went for a short walk..but didn't even count it..not worth it.
Started this week off with a BIG BANG! walked a bunch today and went to the gym for 2.5hours I Burnt 1894 today..over 10,000. Not as hard as i thought Total is 10542. 19458 to go!0
