I dont want to do this to change my CW, I just want to see if i can hit 30,000 cal burnage
I use a polar ft60 so should be pretty average, I dont really count wee short walks (under 30mins)
25/04 - no gym boo
26/04 - 1048 (body combat and body pump)
27/04 - no gym - food shopping danderage
28/04 - 1044 (zumba & kettlebells)

I was looking back on last year again to see what exercise I was doing to have high burns.. appearently I was logging my cashiering (my 1month job last year) as exercise. So I didn't burn 30000 last year at this time. :ohwell: I'm still gonna try to get as close as I can.
I'm hoping to have the swimming pool opened by Memorial Day weekend, but that's not really gonna help me with the challenge right now, lol. And without a gym membership, it's gonna really be a challenge. I'm walking, jogging, dancing, and will be doing 30 Day Shred to get my burn on. It may not sound like much, but it's what I have available (both then and now) so we'll see what happens.

I think the reason I lost so much this week is that I was plateued for a few weeks, and then I went up a little last week (so I didn't log the weight). Great job guys!!! I'll be getting a kick butt burn in this morning with my trainer!0 -
