  • My trainer says to max out at three. I have one with my breakfast, one after my workout, and one either before supper (limits what you eat) or around 8:00pm, but use water as the mix. I have noticed the difference and snacks, as you say, are not being craved for.
  • It is because of the variables in weight used, number of sets, length of time etc. I had the same question. I usually allow myself about 200 calories burned for 45 minutes of intense weights. That maybe under but it does allow me some flexibility if I want a piece of licorice
