Cut out convenience health foods. Those are ridiculously expensive and add up quick. You can do things to cut budget and it usually involves planning and cooking. Also experimenting with new foods. You can search for cheap healthy meals etc and get some good ideas. There are lots of web sites dedicated to healthy eating on…

Yes, Yes, and Yes. This is very frustrating especially at the early start of the journey. I had a lovely 4 pound weight loss my first week and BAM.... that time of the month is coming and there goes my 4 pound victory..... I try and remember it's the long term that matters....... Oh but how frustrating it is.

Gummie Bears from Sprouts (bulk isle) .... it's about the only thing I can't seem to make myself put down after a serving. 5 bears turns into the whole bag. Other than that moderation is the rule.

Man... you got given a hard time for what seems a pretty simple "hey FYI" kind of post. Chipotle got some fans out here. When you only have 1250 -1300 calories a day to eat you actually do have to be aware.....

Hyper-Critical much. Actually this tastes pretty good if you like tart. I've used unsweetened cran juice to flavor water when I was tired of lemon/lime. Also used it to flavor water for my toddler to encourage her to drink more fluids. Did not want to add sugar to her diet and she loved the flavor.

I'll trade ya! I'm an apple... I lose weight and my butt goes flat (seriously not perky just flat) and my legs look great. My DD whispering, "I love you too." as she wraps her little arms around my neck. Nothing else in my life has ever compared to that feeling.

After reading some more posts I remembered that one I've my friends had this problem. Her DD was in the 98% for height and weight and flailed around like crazy...They did the pallet on the floor thing for her and it worked like a charm. She did that for about a year.... so if the DAD doesn't mind her being in his room that…

I have a similiar situation although my DD is older. She's 5. At my home she sleeps with me (by her choice) and at her father's home she sleeps in her own bed. She has no issue with the inconsistent sleeping arrangements. I was still married when my DD was 2 and we did not have her sleeping with us in our bed. Most nights…

I do have a child and am associated with several people with kids that are early to late teens. Some friends let kids sleep with them if they wanted to others didn't alllow it. Bed sharing in itself does not cause any developmental problems. Bed sharing is also not right for every family. Parents have to be comfortable…
