I'm looking for less squish. I TRX once a week; I run or spin 2-3 times a week at this point. I just don't want to stay where I am. Does that make sense?

Here, too. I don't have a goal at the moment, nor do I have any motivation beyond knowing that I SHOULD be doing more than I am. It's a temporary funk. It's going to have to be one foot in front of the other in forward motion and eventually, I'll catch the fitness fire again.
