Runners-at what point....
I consider myself a fair weather runner. I'm up to 7 miles right now, and I'm at about 10.5 min/miles. Mud run anyone?
I just signed up for a 5k mud run. It just looked like fun. I recruited 4 of us with varying fitness levels. We aren't looking for records or anything, just a non competitive good time. Has anyone done one of these before? It's the Armageddon ambush 5k. Any tips?

30DS circuit list
For anyone interested, I found a list of the 30 Day Shred circuits. Useful if you have the time to get it done but can't get to the DVD player at the time.
