Recommendations weight training or 30DS

Good Morning. I'm in good health. I have no desire to lose weight, and I'm not "skinny fat." My goal is to look fit. I'd love to think that the 30DS could help me attain that goal but based on some of what I've read, I'm wondering if I shouldn't skip the 30DS and go straight to weight only with the occasional cardio. Does anyone have any recommendations? Can the weight training be done with body weight exercises and a bowflex?
