Hi, Not on computer much since I went back to work. I also got my decorations put away. Having trouble keeping a diary of food, I might start just jotting it down in a note book instead of try to log it here. Happy New Years Eve! Made it through the evening by no eating after 6:30 last night. Today I'm going to start tracking my water a little better. I also got on the scale and did measurements, ugh, not good numbers at all. Motivational quote " I want to see what happens if don't give up"

I love just getting outside. Watching the birds and squirrels, working in the garden, taking walks. My most trying time comes in the winter when I get stuck in the house. Good old cabin fever...yuck!

I have the full face mask it took me awhile to get use to it. When the time came for a new mask I did inquire about the nasal mask but it was a no go since I sometimes sleep with my mouth open and that would defeat the purpose. I put it on when I'm ready the close my eyes, not while reading or watching TV. I throw the hoseβ¦
