  • Hi all thank you for all of your comments posts and help in the subject and I'm proud to say I've done hellevelyn via striding edge ahhhhh was the most scary thing ever but I did it!!! I'll try n put a pic on but my cam was being a nightmare so they may be terrible! :)

  • Hi I've actually done cat bells and a hill called Roseberry topping found them very tough! Coming dweeb was worse than going up. And he's taking me up hellevelyn ,but he doesn't think I can do it do it's knocking my confidence a bit!

  • I live in uk and drink barley water all the time its generral what i have with my water if i want a bit flavour, but tonight after 45 ins in the gym i needed some pepsi and then felt terible but once a week i suppose isnt going to kill me so woo hoo.

  • my only suggestion would be to add for example a banana or some fruit to your cereal and have a home cooked meal (i no not always easy with time) but have something the same size but more cals more nutrients.

  • im generally eating 1200 before my excercise so net i will be eating less than 1200. never really had this problem before but this time round just cant seem to get any lower in weight and i measured my arms top of my thigh hips and waist and they have all increased by half an inch :(
