I still love walking, as well, but I can only do so much before my knee starts to hurt from a meniscus injury. I added swimming and LOVE it. I also added weights to my routine. The combination of swimming and strength training has me stronger than I've been in years. I'll send you a friend request.

Can the cardio be split, or does it have to be one continuous session? I like to walk and do stairs or hills, but time won't always permit a continuous 45 minutes (especially if I'm at work getting it in). I can usually do a couple of 20-30 minute sessions.

Count me in! My diet the past week and a half has been awful. I didn't go over calories or anything. Just too much carry-out fast food foolishness. I was just saying to myself I need to tighten my ish up.

I picked 1-3 hours for mine and got 2165 for TDEE -20% to lose weight; for desk job with little or no exercise, I got 1889 for TDEE-20%. Most days I'm close to that.
