try to eat more...i didn't believe it until i upped my calories from 1200 to 1700 (did it two hundred calories/wk and lost my last few). the little boost helped with my energy too! here is a great blog about it... http://fitnesswithnatalie.blogspot.com/2011/05/most-dreaded-word-in-weight-loss.html good luck!!

whole wheat mini pita - with 3 tablespoons of roasted red pepper hummus, lettuce and tomato + plain greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 cup of no sugar added apple sauce (i like the flavored applesauce). it's an easy lunch and filling and only 300 calories.

i hit a plateau too quickly at 1200 and determined that i wasn't eating enough to maintain my metabolism. i used this site: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/how-to-lose-weight-fast and ended up increasing my calorie intake to 1500 and not only did i feel like i had more energy - the lbs starting coming off again.
