So I have done this in the past and it does work, but it isn't good for long term at all. I did drop the 10 pounds in 3 days but as soon as day 4 hit my weight jumped back as soon as you go off the diet. I was also VERY CRANKY due to everything being super low.

I have a 6 month old american bulldog/boxer mix and I agree with everyone, you don't want to push your puppy hard until she is older. a good romp in the yard is a good workout but you don't want to "Force" a hard run on such a young dog. My dog is drained when we take a 25 minute walk at the park and she is 6 months going…

Thanks kiki864 I'll try that, and yes my activity definatly fluctuates. I own my oen buisness and some days I'm running around like a crazy person and others I'm stuck at the desk.

Thank you so much, Amazonbella it makes complete sense lol. I guess I really don't have an excuse when I own the elliptical, and my pup would love your advice about playing more.
