OMG YES, I love protein powder. Straight up in a shaker cup, with a banana and some ice in the vitamix, mixed in with cottage cheese or greek yogurt, pancakes, in oatmeal. So versatile! What are your favorite brands/flavors?

Low fat cheese, protein shakes, those salad chicken strips, plain greek yogurt, eggs. :)

I make a curried chicken salad from it. Mix with greek yogurt, some finely chopped celery, and a sprinkle of curry powder!

M-F I work out by myself, in the gym, doing a mix that consists of 40 minutes of weights, with 20 minutes of cardio. I may do more cardio, depending on the day. Saturday and Sunday are my Spin days, with some more weights thrown in.
